marked 'ok' but I am confused.. Why have an official registration page that does not guarantee registration numbers? .. Its not a big deal since I can just change $wgTimedTextNS back to 700 per the wikis that I have this installed on ... but would be nice if we had a bit more first registered on that page guarantees.
