Sorry, but that does not work either. If you fix something, please fix it right. See for example r50802. If you do not want to do it as in 50802, please revert.

How about the wikis which have those uploads disabled? Seems this kind of messages would be scary. :)

Fixed with r50975 and r50977. If one cannot upload, there is no link to it. In either case you get a consistent message.
