Adding the License for Madan font. Upstream just says that it is GPL.
So following the license text used by Fedora package maintainers.
It is a copy of the text given inside the font.

I don't really understand this part; especially not how this line can still make it 'free'.

According to the Wikipedia article, "all rights reserved" doesn't do anything that copyright law doesn't do automatically. It's effectively meaningless.

I've seen the phrase used in a number of free software projects, myself.
