bug 30885: Remove old, very early snapshot of ArticleFeedback that doesn't work from REL1_17 extensions snapshot.
If a version that works on stock 1.17 exists somewhere do feel free to copy it in; however it's currently targeted at the heavily-tweaked 1.17wmf1 (over in which branch it should work fine on 1.17wmf1), and 1.18 and later should have working snapshots already.
